Straw-banana-kiwi Protein Smoothie
Need a quick pick me up to get you through the afternoon?
Try this super healthy protein “punch in the gut” that will keep you from diving into the jujubes… wait, did someone jujubes?
Ingredients:
1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
2 Kiwis (take the skin off if they aren’t organic!)
1 small banana
1/2 avocado
1 scoop hemp protein powder (or any protein powder will do!)
1 – 2 cups of almond milk (coconut water or coconut milk will work too!)
Blend all ingredients with your smoothie wand, or in the blender. I used my Magic Bullet! Drink now. Thank me later.
